A Christmas Pageant like you’ve never seen before! Cue two hilarious shepherds from Devonshire who spill their beer and drop their wieners in the fire when the angels appear; or a Scottish innkeeper who is so stressed, he even has customers sleeping the broom closet; or a Wiseman from the East, Toronto—all presented in modern-day perspectives through the one-man storytelling talents of Justyn Rees. Your host, singer-songwriter Russ Rosen and gospel blues legend Graham Ord intertwine this seasonal story with swirls of musical commentary and breaths of unspoken narrative—it’s a dynamite combination! This is Christmas Tales.
Over the past 25 years and 10 as a professional touring show, various versions of this Christmas Presentation has been offered up to dozens of communities across Canada to the great delight of audiences—audiences who love this fresh take on the cast of Bethlehem characters.
